Privacy policy

Company profiles, IPO calendars and news are available without registration. Search and filters work in your browser. Your selections may appear in the page address so you can share or revisit a view, but IPOSchedule does not save them to a personal account. Like other page addresses, these URLs may be included in technical requests to our hosting provider.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser details to serve pages, maintain availability and protect against abuse. This technical processing is separate from optional analytics and can occur even if you decline analytics cookies.

The iposchedule_consent cookie remembers your choice across the site for 30 days after rejection or 365 days after acceptance. It stores your choice, a version and an expiry, not a visitor identifier. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept. Declining does not limit access to the site. Browser settings can remove cookies earlier.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find IPOSchedule and which pages they read. Google receives information about page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, referral sources, devices and approximate location. Its _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and sessions. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization.

How Google uses information from sites using its services

Analytics cookies expire no later than the end of your current 365-day consent period; visits do not extend that cookie period. Google Analytics is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for 14 months. This setting applies to detailed data used in explorations and funnel reports, not standard aggregated reports, which can remain available longer. Cookie expiry and analytics data retention are separate: removing a cookie does not delete data already collected.

Open Cookie preferences in the footer to accept or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to the site. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically erase previously collected data. You can also remove cookies through your browser; removing the preference cookie means we will ask for your choice again.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so processing may take place outside your country. Their privacy information describes their processing practices. Where applicable, data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights depend on the circumstances and are separate from changing your cookie preference.

We update this policy when we change how we use personal information or introduce a service that processes it. The date above shows when this policy was last updated.
