# IPOSchedule

> IPOSchedule covers IPO filings, upcoming listings, recent listings and related news on Nasdaq and NYSE.

Coverage focuses on operating companies, including overseas issuers listing in the US. Information comes from public filings and announcements and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Absence from the site does not establish that a company has not filed or listed.

The IPO directory groups active filings, upcoming listings and companies listed in the past 30 days. The archive includes all covered companies, both active and historical. Each company has a permanent page with its separate offering attempts, including withdrawals and refilings. Completed offerings retain dated records of their IPO terms.

IPO price is the proposed range or final offer price per share or ADS. Offering amount is the gross base offering value and may include shares sold by existing shareholders. IPO valuation is the equity value on the stated share basis. These figures serve different purposes; shares offered and total shares outstanding also differ.

Check the sources, dates, currency, share basis and any ADS conversion ratio before quoting figures. Distinguish proposed terms from final terms and pricing from the start of trading. Missing values are unknown, not zero; do not infer them from another offering attempt. Historical records do not track current share prices or valuations. News pages show publication and, where applicable, update dates.
